In India, as the best exfoliation, and even as a cleansing agent (instead of soap that can often irritate the skin), traditionally uses a mixture of one tablespoon of salty flour, two prunes of turmeric and two teaspoons of milk. Apply it on wet skin, let it stand for about ten minutes, then remove with circular movements and rinse with lukewarm water. Sweet flour removes dead cells and excess fat, and at the same time prevents the turmeric from leaving stains on the skin.
Milk contains lactic acid that improves skin structure by removing dead cells, moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin. Thus, for example, in India, future bride-day men and women face this mixture in order to be more beautiful on the day of the most important event in life.
It calms the sensitive skin
Dry skin and shiny skin is best served by a tablespoon of full fat cream mixed with half a spoon of rose water or plain water and a pinch of turmeric. Every other day you hold the mask on your face for two hours and you will soon notice multiple improvements, starting from the glow of the skin. Daily face and lip care with curry and milk naturally cleanses the face of the face and helps maintain the beauty of the lips, and especially nourishes the cracked lips.
If your skin is sensitive, a miraculous blend of simple ingredients will diminish: add two tablespoons of milk to a tablespoon of honey, half a spoon of turmeric and a spoon of fresh mint sponge (you can make it yourself in a coffee grinder). You can keep this mixture on the skin every twenty minutes. Curcuma and milk will give the skin a shine, and honey and mint will calm down.
If you are keen on turmeric coloring your face as it does with food, do not worry – right, organic turmeric does not leave skin color, but I would recommend applying a mask in a thin layer for complete safety. The thicker the layer, the greater the chance that something will be left to stay. However, there is no fear, because all the colors are easily removed by peeling the skin or by washing the face again!
